Elite Plumbing provides professional plumbing services to residential and commercial clients. The scope, pricing, and timeline of each job will be agreed upon before work commences. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion. All services are subject to availability and geographic limitations.
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required once the job has commenced. Any significant variations will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us. You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as promptly as possible.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior written agreement is in place. We accept payment via the methods outlined at the time of invoicing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. In the event of a dispute regarding an invoice, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.
We warrant that all work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care in accordance with applicable industry standards. Our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are fully insured; proof of insurance is available upon request.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for our team to carry out the required work. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is cleared of personal belongings, hazards, or obstructions prior to our arrival. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or inaccessible areas not disclosed at the time of booking.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elite Plumbing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
